As our commercial division continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman or Journeyperson to join our team and take the lead on exciting mechanical construction projects.

    Role Overview:
    You will lead commercial HVAC installations, supervise crews, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to spec. This is a key leadership role within our commercial team, with a focus on quality control, crew mentorship, and hands-on mechanical work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Oversee day-to-day HVAC site operations on commercial construction projects
    - Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
    - Supervise, mentor, and coordinate field crew
    - Ensure safety, quality, and project deadlines are met
    - Collaborate with project managers, site supers, and other trades
    - Complete documentation and reporting as required
    - Perform hands-on installation when needed

      Qualifications:

      - Journeyperson in HVAC or Sheet Metal (Red Seal preferred)
      - Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience (foreman experience is an asset)
      - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and mechanical code
      - Ability to read and interpret mechanical and construction drawings
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Valid driver’s license
